Chief Executive Officer
As the CEO of Solver, Nils Rasmussen is responsible for the development of both overall company strategy as well as software & services delivery. Nils founded Solver, Inc. in December, 1996. Since then, he has led the Solver team to complete close to 1,000 implementations worldwide. Prior to this, he worked in international sales and consulting roles in various countries. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and an author of numerous BI books, including:

Chief Operating Officer
Along with managing the day-to-day operations of Solver, Corey Barak’s main responsibility at the company is to maximize service quality to our customers and partners. Corey began his Solver career in 1999 as a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant. While at Solver, his responsibilities have ranged from Enterprise Project Manager to Director of Services before assuming his role as Chief Operating Officer in April 2008.
Corey’s experiences in successfully implementing Business Intelligence solutions, establishing lasting customer relationships, as well as his many years in operations and an MBA from University of Southern California, have been influential in preparing him for this role. Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer at Solver, Mike leads the product strategy and research & development roadmap and manages product conception, technology, operations and delivery. Previously serving as a Business Intelligence (BI) Architect, Mike leverages his technical and financial experience in his role to bridge the customer & market needs with product strategy and technology for Solver’s BI360 suite.
Prior to joining Solver in 1999, Mike founded a technology consulting firm building custom financial tracking systems. He also spent six years at Bank of America. Mike earned his bachelor's degree in Business, Finance from California State University, Northridge.
Chief Information Officer
Hadrian Knotz oversees Information Technology at Solver and is responsible for coordinating IT resources across the entire organization. Hadrian joined Solver in 2005 and has developed Solver’s internal IT systems as well as architected solutions for Solver’s Business Intelligence clients. Prior to joining Solver, Hadrian ran an independent technology consultancy and obtained a Doctorate in semiconductor Physics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Solver APAC (Asia Pacific Headquarters)
As the Managing Director of Solver Asia Pacific, Mike Kimbrough is responsible for developing all aspects of the region, including partner recruiting, software and professional services delivery capabilities. Mike opened the Asia Pacific office in February of 2012 and it is now one of the fastest growing markets for BI360.
Mike has held key management positions for some of the top Microsoft & Sage ERP partners. His years of leadership experience have proven to be invaluable when working with partners. Mike’s in-depth knowledge of the industry is key when helping partners extend their existing practices with Solver products
Mike is a graduate of the Stanford GSB and has nearly 20 years of ERP experience.
Managing Director - Canada
As Managing Director of Solver Canada, Prith Naidoo is responsible for expanding Solver’s strategic presence within Canada, including sales, operations and marketing. Prith joined Solver in 2010 and brings over 12 years of and Business Intelligence expertise to the Solver group. His combined business acumen and systems knowledge bring proven industry leading solutions to clients and partners. Prith holds a BS degree in Accounting from the Northern Alberta Institute of Alberta.
Solver EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa Headquarters)
Chief Executive Officer
As the CEO of Solver EMEA, Johan is responsible for sales, operations and marketing in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Johan started Solver EMEA in 2005 and since then he has been instrumental in driving the high growth for Solver in this market. He has fifteen years of management experience in the software industry and he has also worked with venture firms investing in software companies. Johan holds an M.Sc. from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Stockholm.
Chief Operating Officer
Björn Nylander is jointly responsible for sales and marketing at Solver EMEA together with CEO Johan Magnusson. His main responsibility at the company is to develop new business in collaboration with local Microsoft offices and local BI partners. In addition, Björn is responsible for relationships with existing and new BI customers, recruiting of new employees and establishment of new Solver offices in Sweden.
In 2007, Björn began his Solver career and he has worked in the Business Intelligence industry since 1996. He was educated at Royal Institute of Technology of Stockholm, and holds a diploma in property Management from Stockholm Real Estate Union.
Ove is Consultant Manager and is responsible for recruiting, staffing and planning client projects and HR issues within Solver EMEA. Ove also acts as Key Account Manager for clients and also works in client projects as advisor or Project Manager.
Ove started his career at Solver in 2011 and has a background from several Management and BI Consulting Companies. Ove holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Stockholm.
BI360 – EMEA Product Manager
Mattias Brunk is responsible for sales, partners and delivery of BI360 projects at Solver EMEA. Mattias has a history as a senior BI consultant since 2005 and began his Solver career in 2011. Previously Mattias worked as a Key Account Manager consultant and with BI sales focusing on Microsoft BI solutions and Planning. With a background from Uppsala University in Sweden, and a Master of Science in Information Technology, Mattias has the technical knowledge needed to provide quality solutions and proposals to our customers.
