Issue: You get "License Authentication Failed" error message when you try to use BI360 Reporting 2.2.
Cause: This is causing because you installed 3.0 and used the same repository database causing the license key to get upgraded. The reason is that 2.2 and 3.0 licensing scheme is completely different so if you upgrade to 3.0 it will use the new licensing scheme. Once you install 3.0 it will use the new licensing scheme and when you try to roll back or use 2.2 it will throw this error message.
Recommendation/Solution: I would recommend that you upgrade everyone to 3.5 which is our latest software release.
