 Zero Balances in Report If you are getting zero balances with no transactions in your report it is probably an issue with Grouping. Your Groupings within the report will need to match the fields in your report not your filter. So if you have an Account and Account Description in your report and a filter of account and Department your Grouping would need to be Account and Account Description in the Grouping/Sorting Tab.
