We have a weird situation we can't seem to resolve.

All of the users use a terminal server to access SODS and OSR (version 2 of the products).

One new user doesn't see the OSR tab in Excel and when we look at add-ins, we don't see it in the list even though we are on the same terminal server that everyone is using OSR on.

Here is what we've tried:
- check A/D permissions to make sure the user has the same or more permissions than another user
- created a new network user to see if his login is corrupt
- went into add-ins in Excel (both Excel add-ins and COM add-ins) and browsed to the add-in location, based on the name and location of the add-in on another users' excel add-in menu (it says it's not a valid excel add-in).

We are stumped. This is the same TS, everyone using the same version of Excel, same permissions.

Any ideas? Everyone has used this TS for months without issue, it only appears new users of the terminal server are unable to see and use the add-ins.
