Do I have to delete Reporsitory DB when upgrading OSR?
Question: Do I have to delete Repository Database if I want to upgrade to new version of OSR Composer or Designer? Will I lose any data if I delete Repository Database to upgrade OSR products to new version?
Answer: You will never have to delete Repository Database when upgrade it to newer version unless there is a problem with Repository Database. If you do end up deleting Repository Database then you will not lose any data as Repository Database does not hold any data. Repository Database is just the connector between the report and your Dynamics product. However, if you do end up deleting Repository Database you will have to reestablish the connection.
